Dr. Sheela Reddy M.S., Ed.D, ACPEC, ACC

Education & Work Experience

Dr. Sheela Reddy is a Psychologist, Divorce and Executive Coach. 

 

She has a Masters & Doctoral Degree in Counseling, a Masters Certificate in Substance AbuseTreatment, Post Doctoral Fellowship Certificate in Trauma Treatment, and an Advanced Certificate in Personal and Executive Coaching.

 

She is also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mediation, Divorce Coaching and Yogic
Breathing. Her holistic approach to counseling and coaching includes yoga, meditation
and NLP.


She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with non –profit organizations,
in private practice, and as Consultant with Organizations.


As a partner in a technology company, she managed ex-pats, created assessment and
implemented organizational change initiatives. She is an active member of HCCP, leads a
subcommittee for MPA educational affairs committee and is a seasoned presenter for the
Maryland Psychological Association (MPA). Her creative endeavors include an
internship training while she was a Clinical Director at the Domestic Violence Center and
a Children's Play Program at University of Maryland Medical Systems. In addition, Dr.
Reddy is known for her presentations on self-awareness, stress-management, executive
functioning strategies, mental health, diversity and domestic violence for corporate and
health-care organizations.
